The live room!

IP Pjanoo (1).jpg

This was a live broadcast. Broadcast on YouTube on Thursday 25th October 2018 at 17:30. It was a simulating scenario of a live studio broadcast. The orchestra was comprised of students from the University of Hull. This was for a module on Alex's undergraduate degree.

Pjanoo by Eric Prydz was chosen due to it's broadcast-ability. Alex arranged the parts, produced the broadcast and engineered the session.

Emulating a 'real' studio broadcast became challenging, when considering the studio was not geared up for a 'live' broadcasts. However this did not stop it from happening. The audio available to you to listen to, is the stems from the broadcast re-mixed and mastered.

Special thanks must go to the technical staff at Hull University for supporting this project, and to Dr Barnard who supervised the project.
